Community sails provide a chance for community members who are not in a school or organized group to come aboard for a 2-3 hour sail on San Francisco Bay on a traditionally rigged tall ship. Every sail is an educational experience aboard the historically inspired brigantine Matthew Turner!
Adult Sailing tickets range from $149-$295, plus booking fees. Youth under 2 are free for select events. Youth under 12 are typically 50-60% off adult price.
Food and beverages are allowed on board for community sails. Alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine are allowed if moderately consumed in non-breakable containers such as a metal tumbler. No spirits allowed. No alcohol allowed on educational sails such as SEAS (Science, Engineering, Art and Sailing) and ALOFT.
