For groups of 12 or more, with advance planning, Call of the Sea may also be able to arrange a special tour of the ship for your group prior to the sail (ship operation schedule permitting). Contact us at info@callofthesea.org or call 415-331-3214 to make arrangements.
You can bring refreshments aboard for your group. We recommend easy to eat fare, such as sandwiches and finger food, since most people prefer to enjoy the view while dining on deck.
There are 2 ways for you to book a group sail:
1) Reserve a block of tickets and make a single payment: With a minimum of 12 in a group, you will receive the group discount of $90 per person (10% off), plus an additional savings of $4.80 per ticket on booking fees by:
- Paying in advance for all passengers
- Supplying the names of passengers
- Ensuring all passengers have submitted the sailing waiver.
2) Reserve a date and receive a promo code for your group. Individual ticket purchasers will receive a discount of $9, but will be charged the $4.80 booking fee charged by the ticketing platform. To have your group members sign up individually with a promo code:
- Select the date your group will join a sail
- Contact Call of the Sea to request a promo code for that date
- Share the promo code and event details with your club members
