It has been a week but we are still wowed by the Clipper Ship Stad Amsterdam, which entered San Francisco Bay on the morning of March 6th, under calm winds and drizzly skies.  It was not sailing weather, but a nice group of Call of the Sea volunteers and board members joined the crew of schooner Seaward at 0630 to greet the ship as she steamed into the Bay. By the looks of the smiling faces on board, it was worthwhile getting up at oh dark thirty for this special event!

Thank you to the photographers:  Volunteer Benson Lee, and Ben Delaney, Call of the Sea’s interim Executive Director.  They both managed to capture the fun and wonder of that cold wet morning!
